Warranty Policy:


All Planet X, On One, Viner and Holdsworth frames purchased from September 2023 onwards carry a lifetime warranty as standard for the original owner, any Planet X, On One, Viner and Holdsworth frames purchased before this date carry a 2 year warranty as standard for the original owner.


Titus titanium bike frames from 2021 onwards carry a lifetime warranty as standard for the original owner. All other branded goods carry the full manufacturer's warranty, which may vary in duration but will be a minimum of 1 year. Planet X cover frames for paint defects up to 1 year after purchase.

After the initial 30 day return period, Planet X reserves the right to repair/ replace any defective part under warranty. Any item that is repaired or replaced under warranty will be covered by a period equal to the remaining warranty period of the original part.

If Planet X is unable to repair or replace your product we reserve the right to offer a similar replacement of equal or greater value or a partial refund proportional to the remaining life of the product. Warranty is non-transferrable and applies to the original purchaser only. Proof of purchase is required with all potential warranty claims.

Where there is a warranty case relating to an item from a third-party supplier, a replacement may be sought from the third-party supplier if spares are not kept in stock. Please note this can sometimes take several weeks depending on the supplier however we will endeavour to ensure that the claim is turned around as quickly as possible. 

Wear and tear on consumable components is not covered by the warranty. ‘Consumable components’ covered under this definition include, but are not limited to, chains, cassettes, chain rings, brake/gear cables, freehubs, hydraulic hoses, spokes, rims, tyres, inner tubes and bearings unless otherwise specified. Further to this, corrosion and deterioration of components caused by material fatigue defined as the natural breakdown of materials that occurs that can be reasonably attributed to use, or riding conditions will not be covered. Please note that usage of products during events, competitions or other activities can greatly accelerate the wear of components. Planet X does not warrant against failure or damage caused by incorrect use such as, but not limited to, poor maintenance, incorrect installation, neglect, using the product in a manner that it is not intended for, or any alteration of the product without the written permission of Planet X.   Consequential losses incurred as a result of a warranty claim as well as labour charges for part replacement or changeovers are not covered by Planet X.

Our terms comply fully with the UK's Consumer Contracts Regulations and do not affect your statutory rights.


Warranty Returns Process:


In the first instance of any issues, please Contact Planet X.


We're more than happy to investigate any issues, suggest potential fixes and advise on ways to avoid issues in the future. We're able to provide support via video call with one of our mechanics in order to get you back on the trail without delay.


If necessary, we can arrange to get the bike back for further inspection and repair/replacement. We will always endeavour to keep you fully up to date with any active warranty claims and we will complete any work and get your pride and joy back to you as quickly as possible.
