Eponymous to the Helm, the foreboding wind that roars down the mountain side of Great Dun Fell, Britains highest paved road. The Holdsworth Helm is a contemporary titanium road bike. Built with Aerospace Grade 9 3AL-2.5V Titanium tubing, with precise handling and clearance for 32mm rubber. Light, strong, responsive, and comfortable. This is the purists road machine.

Frame

Clean lines, rounded tubes, uncluttered and unphased, The Holdsworth Helm has been meticulously designed and constructed using Aerospace Grade 9 3AL-2.5V Titanium, for unparalleled lightness and strength. With geometry that retains the high-speed pedigree of a pure road bike, but with modern touches that make it perfect for ultra-endurance expeditions also. This is a bike made for long, fast days in the saddle.
A CNC detailed tapered head tube allows for a large weld platform and bigger bearings. Resulting in a stronger, less flexible, and better handling front end. Hourglass profile chain stays and a 27.2mm seat post give comfort and spring. The bridgeless seat tubes offer sprightliness, whilst offering a clean aesthetic. Power is transferred directly though the creak free BSA threaded bottom bracket, which has been CNC engraved with the coordinates of the radar station at the peak of Great Dun Fell.

The SRAM Force 22 groupset adopts all the technologies that provide fast, quiet shifting. Designed with Exact Actuation for precise, efficient shifting throughout the extended gear range. Considered use of carbon in components lightens the load. Force 22 provides the tools and technology to meet each challenge and expand your limits.
22 truly useable gears
SRAM’s WiFLi = Wider – Faster – Lighter technology delivers a wider range of gears than a standard triple chainring groupset. A lightweight, carbon 50/34 crankset paired with a cassette up to 11-32. Configured to maximise shifting performance across the full cassette when used with either chainring, delivering precise, reliable, and quiet running of all 22 gears.
Hydraulic disc brakes
SRAM’s Force 22 delivers, powerful, and confident braking, more braking force with less effort and better modulation, meaning more control and less hand fatigue through extended descents. Reach adjustable, carbon levers, to suit your hand size, ensures all important comfort
