Vandal takes our years of experience from originating and evolving the sweetest handling 29er trail bikes, culmulating in a super premium Aerospace Grade 9 3AL-2.5V Titanium frame.

Consisting of 94.5% titanium, 3% aluminium and 2.5% vanadium, 3AL-2.5V Titanium is the premium material for building bicycle frames. It has optimal, strength, fatigue endurance and corrosion-resistance. In fact, Titanium has the highest strength-to-weight ratio of all known metals, having the same strength as steel but saving 45% of the weight. Every tube, weld, profile, and feature has been meticulously designed to offer strength, responsiveness, comfort, and lightness. With an unmistakable ride quality, titanium is extremely corrosion resistant, meaning no rust (inside or out) whatever the climate.

65 degree head angle is suited for multiple ride styles. From trial centres to all day epics. 445mm chainstays offer good balance of stability and back wheel agility. 65mm BB drop keeps rider extremely planted whilst ensuring ground clearance. Balanced stack and reach figures offer versatility, from trail centres to endurance adventures to technical singletrack. Geometry designed around a 120-140mm suspension fork.

29er x 2.75” Big tyre clearance for wide treads. Adds comfort, capability and mud clearing. BSA 73mm Bottom Bracket Ultra-durable, creak free and easily serviceable. Cables are routed externally for accessibility and ease of service. Stealth dropper post routed.

Please allow 3-5 working days for a standard order to be shipped.

Please note that orders placed after 3pm on Friday, or at the weekend, will not be dispatched until the following Monday.

On bank holiday weekends, orders placed after 3pm on Friday (or Thursday if the Friday is also a Bank holiday), or at the weekend including the bank holiday Monday, will not be dispatched until the following Tuesday.

The delivery method and delivery charges will be shown at checkout when ordering. Please Note at times of heavy sale deliveries may take longer.

In order to get your order to you as quickly as possible, orders are picked, packed and dispatched incredibly quickly. As a result of this we cannot always make any amendments to your order once it has been submitted. Please ensure that all order details are correct before your order is submitted.

Pre-order items - If items are bought on preorder, the whole order will be held until all items are in stock, the order will be despatched in full when all items are available.

Courier

We only use reputable Couriers for all of our deliveries. We entrust them to deliver our products safety and quickly to our customers worldwide.

Upon dispatch of your order, you will receive a 'dispatch email' confirming which Courier is delivering your order to you - this dispatch email also provides you with a tracking number.

If you don't have your tracking number, disagree with the information provided by the courier, or believe the Courier has let you down, please contact our customer service team using our contact us page. We will investigate and resolve any issues for you.

International Orders

Postage costs are calculated automatically and displayed at the basket screen. The cost will depend on the size and weight of the products being ordered.

All items are dispatched from our UK warehouse.

Transit Times vary depending on the Country but are typically between 5 and 10 days. Your tracking number will clearly show you the progress of your order and your expected delivery date.

Your order may be subject to local duty / import taxes, if these apply. These are the receiver’s responsibility and will be payable locally.

The courier should advise you of any charges. Unfortunately, we cannot advise you what amount could be charged on your order.

If local import / customs charges are refused or not paid by the receiver, then the item could be returned to On One, or possibly destroyed if too expensive to return.

Please note: if this happens, we may not be able to refund you for your order, and we would not refund any original postage costs. We would only refund for the returned products, minus any costs incurred by On One.

Exclusions from Next day delivery

Please note we are unable to offer next day delivery to certain postcodes areas due to carrier restrictions. British Forces BFPO

We accept orders to all BFPO addresses which are charged at the UK Standard Delivery rate, there is no surcharge from On One for delivering to BFPO addresses. There are some restrictions on which products can be sent however we will contact you if your order is affected by this. For delivery times please refer to the BFPO website -click here

If you are placing an order for delivery to Norway, please include your Personal Identification number (PIN) in the 'Courier instructions' box at Checkout. All orders without a PIN will be automatically returned to sender by our Couriers, as they will be unable to deliver it.
